If your domain is presently pointing to:
ns1.rackshack.net
ns2.rackshack.net
...you need to point it to the Ev1server by March 30th. I am instructed that these domain name servers are being retired. Consequently, you have to point your domain names at the new DNS server.

Here is the message I received from Ev1servers...

If your domain name points to the rackshack server, here are some helpful instructions

(Note - Your DNS server is NOT your web account. It is held by another company, probably http://godaddy.com or http://netsol.com
If you cannot remember who holds your DNS account, go to:

http://whois.net

...and type your domain name into the " WHOIS Lookup" box. It will tell you who hosts your domain name.)

Go to your DNS Server.
Access your DNS control panel.

Log in with your account name and password.
If you are with Godaddy, you will have to unlock your domain name first by clicking the "Set Locking" button and unlocking the security first. You can reset locking after you are done.

Click a button that says something like "Set DNS" or "Set Nameservers".

Change the DNS pointers:

From: ns1.rackshack.net To: ns5.ev1servers.net
From: ns2.rackshack.net To: ns6.ev1servers.net

Save the changes - that's it.

It's important that you do this,
or your web account will not function after March 31st, 2006
